Right now I am reading Divine by Mistake by P.C. Cast, and Dark Whispers by Bruce Coville has been staring at me from the bookshelf for awhile.

I think you'll enjoy it a lot, no Catwoman appearance but it does have a lot of other cool Bat-villains, even though it's pretty much outside of continuity. Very close to the Dark Knight Joker, which is great.
