Many Many Many moons ago. 1996-1999 or thereabouts, there was a band called Blue Abyss. Kristin had the powers of sultry vocals and nutritional knowledge. Brian wielded a mighty axe as well as a complete memorization of every Simpsons episode. Gary had a thunderous drumstick in one hand and a blue paintbrush in the other. John had long hair, nimble fingers and a rock and roll dream!
Manager Rich Hughes was a veritable Peter Grant without the wooden stick.
One album later Brian heard the banshee calls of the Oregonians and mounted his VW chariot and drove into the sunset.
Blue Abyss fell into its own Abyss.

Brian walks his dog and plays the blues for Oregonians, it is unknown if he still knows all the Simpsons episodes by heart.
Gary harnesses the thunder for a Celtic rock band called Fathom.
John cut his hair, dropped his bass, and put on a Kilt for Fathom.
