Stars Over Alabama was recorded last summer by Tara Nevins (Donna the Buffalo) with help from her former Heartbeats Rhythm Quartet band mates Rose Sinclair (banjo) and Beverly Smith (guitar). Tara has a wealth of great Americana music recorded, so check it out. I also look forward to her version of Stars Fell On Alabama getting released, hopefully on the soundtrack to this movie. Cheers!

Ditto on finding out how to get a copy of "The Stars Fell on Alabama" featured in "Like Moles, Like Rats." My wife's been bugging me about finding that song for months!

Okay I am desperate to find out how/where I can find a copy of the version of "Stars Fell on Alabama" created for this film. I ADORED IT!!! I really, really, really want to hear it again and find out who performed it. Anyone, anyone know how/who/where I can get it?
