Blue Feelin' performs acoustic music that is oriented towards blues with a rhythmic jazz feel. The song selection includes covers by artists such as Van Morrison, Hot Tuna, Chris Smithers, The Beatles, Bob Dylan, B.B. King, Jimi Hendrix and others, as well as traditional blues songs and original compositions. Blue Feelin's focus is to draw the listener into a blend of warm woods, steel strings, blended vocals and infectious rhythms.
Blue Feelin's Tom Koch, Andrew Heinemann, Jim Koch and Steve Paulson have been performing together in the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota for the past several years. Venues played have included clubs, community festivals, theaters and private functions. Our collective performing experience includes memberships in a variety of Twin Cities' musical groups including Runaway, Layin' Low, Rolled & Pleated, and Swirl.
