FRIENDS GOT ME INTO ALISON KRAUSS; OF COURSE I FOUND THE OLD BLUEGRASS, WHICH IS MY FAVORITE. I PLAY LOTS OF IT ON MY SHOW
I WAS ALSO INFLUENCED BY MANY DISC JOCKEYS, LOCALLY, DEL DAVIS AND BILLY PARKER, FROM KVOO. I GOT TO WORK THERE FOR ABOUT A YEAR.

I've been doing great..How have you been? My show on Sunday evenings has really picked up. Tim Shelton the lead singer with "New Found Road" called in on this past Sundays show and I've had call ins like that all year. Hey..no..we went to Dickie n Kim's on Friday eve..then stayed home...Jan's still having health problems..we hope to go to the Chili n Bluegrass Festival this Friday and Saturday. How are things way up north? D

My new Bluegrass Band WHOgrass will be performing at the Apple Festival in Seymour MO on Sept. 12 from 4 to 7pm and We will also be fronting for David Davis and the Warrior River Boys at the Weeks Music Auditorium at 1458 South Hwy 65 in Buffalo, MO October 3rd at 7pm.
