2007年、湘南・鎌倉のローカルミュージシャンを中心に ウィークエンドになると営業時間を終えたCLOTHINGショップに集まりセッションを重ねたのが始まり。 毎回ゲストを加えつつJAMは真夜中まで続いた。 その模様は、耳の良いローカルサーファーの間で話題となり セッションではゲストのほかにギャラリーも参加するようになる。 次第に湘南ローカルエリアではCAFE、レストラン、SURF SHOP、PARTYでのLIVE が始まる。 LIVEスタイルの生演奏やアナログ機材にも拘り、 暖かいサウンドやグルーブ感に定評。 ルーツミュージックをリスペクトする一方 それぞれのメンバーの持つバックグラウンド（CLUB JAZZ,FUNK、BLUES、R＆B)をクロスオーバーさせ、新たな魂をサウンドに吹き込む。 そのサウンドはメローでありグルービー、ファンキーであり、ソウルフルである。 ローカルに根ざした活動をする一方、横浜や都内のCLUB、LIVE HOUSEでも活動中。 2008年6月発売のサーフロードムービー「Ｊｕｓｔ　ａ　ｍａｔｔｅｒ　ｏｆ　ｓｔｙｌｅ」では音楽プロデュースを努め全編にわたりサウンドトラックを担当。そのグルーブ感は映像を盛りたてる。 ２００８年８月には、サンフランシスコのラジオ曲「KYOU RADIO」でBLUE GROOVE SESSIONS」のトラックがオンエアーされている。 2009年7月には、高円寺JIROKICHIにてワンマン出演をする。 ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: YOU TUBE URL http://jp.youtube.com/BlueGrooveSessions [JUNGLE] from [Just a matter of style]surf road movie soundtruckRecordings 2007. LIVE in CAFE, the restaurant, SURF SHOP, and PARTY starts gradually in a local area in Shonan. It is related to a live performance and analog machine parts of the LIVE style, and reputations in a warm sound and the groove feeling. The sound is mellow, is groovy, funky, and soulful. CLUB and LIVE HOUSE of Yokohama and Tokyo are acting in the local while doing the root activity where it sits. The music production is tried and it takes charge of the sound track in surf road movie "Just a matter of style" of the sale in June, 2008 over the whole volume.
