Books
I really don't read much, but the Left Behind Series has caught my interest, I've only read a couple of them, but they're cool...And the movies are cool too lol And I do kinda remember Les Miserables from high school a little bit, so I guess that one was kinda good, and this one book called Gemini Game too.
Heroes
First off, anyone who has set out and accomplished something when everyone told them they couldn't and didn't back them up at all, everyone who has and is fighting for my freedom to be able to Rock Out or do whatever I want to whenever I want to, everyone who works hard at a low paying job that isn't any fun everyday because they have to in order to just feed and take care of their family, everyone who puts their lives on the line on a daily basis to help others, anyone who has worked hard, become successful, and contributed their wealth to helping others, anyone who has put everyone else before themselves and never asked for anything in return, these are the people I look up too. As well as Michael Jordan, Randy Rhoads, Jimi Hendrix, Angus Young, Zakk Wylde, Dale Earnhardt, my best friends who have and will always be there for me, and my Dad, my Mom and my sister.
Gibson Les Paul You are a Gibson Les Paul. You are a favorite of some of the best metal AND rock and roll bands. You are flexible and can be used in almost any genre. You are a classic.
Boulevard of Broken Dreams - Green Day Man, you're lonely. You also like to walk a lot. You are emotional and maybe depressed. Cheer up! Someday you'll have someone to walk with you. :)
Travis Barker You're the guy that always wants to be the coolest. You like people in general but if they get you angered your not the one that's gonna slow down. You like to party but it doesn't take up much of your life. You're family means alot to you and so does the band.

About me: My name is Nick. You can also call me Jingles or Shades, depending on if you know me from Continental or Toledo (don't ask lol). I'm a junior at the University of Toledo right now. I love to listen to and play music and Rock Out as much as I can. Rocking Out is a necessity for me, it's like......us needing oxygen lol Music is my life, music is what gets me through the day, and music is what gets me through every emotion I'm forced to deal with everyday. In my opinion, life would be better if everything was set to music and each of us had a theme song that played out loud every morning as soon as we get up and would change depending on our mood and what we're doing, like it was a tv show.....you laugh, but I'm serious....and you know it would be cool. I play guitar in my band called Man Down, hit up my friends section and check out our MySpace sometime, and please leave us a comment and add us if you're into it. I also play the drums just for fun and I'm way into writing music, recording music, editing audio and music production in general. I also like playing sports (basketball, soccer, football, baseball, hockey, anything really, I just like sports) I'm very athletic and competitive, So Bring It! lol. I also ran track and cross country in high school, I kinda like to run, it's what I'm good at, or was, not so much good anymore lol I hit up the gym every chance I get and I work out as much as I can, another something I like to do. I try to stay in shape, but I really just like to look good for the ladies ; ) (ps, I'm single lol) Anyway, I was a Trackstar in high school, but didn't go anywhere with that, so now I'm trying to be a Rockstar. Music is my passion and what I spend every waking moment thinking about. I'm putting everything I've got into getting my band out there and getting signed and hopefully being able to play shows every night for a living. That's my goal in life right now, and that's my dream, so that's where all my time and energy goes, into making that happen. But pretty much I'm just an all around nice guy who likes to hang out, have fun, party like a Rockstar and Rock Out all day! Peace Out!

Anyone else tho I would love to meet you haha And hopefully someday I'll meet a freakin awesome girl who's down to earth, smart, funny, athletic, a music lover, kinda like me but not too much like me, freakin hott, likes me for me, and feels like I'm something special and worth taking a chance on.
