We can do an all swing and jazz show or add some classic oldies rock to be the perfect swing dance, jazz, or variety band. This musicians are incredible and have played local and national shows.
The Blue Moon Howlers are the most popular swing and oldies rock band playing many venues across the northwest. This is a band that, with great emotion and enthusiasm, conveys classic swing tunes in an authentic style, and can mix in oldies rock n' roll too, if you like, for a great night of dancing.
The band attire and stands look like a Hollywood movie set, gets the crowd involved on our "howling" theme song and really is what you are looking for on a swing dance. We dress like the forties, have these great classic band stand fronts, and are made up of some of the very best musicians and best known players from Washington state.
We do great jazz and swing tunes to oldies rock from groups like Chuck Berry, Blues Brothers, James Brown, Tower of Power, and more.

The Blue Moon Howlers is a project of Kevin England and myself, and many of the players from my Rich Wetzel's Groovin Higher Jazz Orchestra.
Both bands have played large prestigious events and small intimate settings, both are wonderful projects and each has its place or fit depending on the type of event.
