Formed from the carcasses of several bands, The BRB's started jamming together during a baking summer, drawn together by the lure of the funk! Drawing on many influences they've been described as a melting pot of 70s funk, rock, jazz and a seasoning of ska. This hotbed of fusion creates a sound many have called ACID FUNK.
Live shows often consist of guest musicians including the great Dave Marrow with his funktastic free-stylings and Jim "The Honk" who always plays outstanding harmonica!!
