Bluesaint was founded in 1998 by Güray Oskay and Kerem Köseoglu. With the addition of Hasan Ali Polat and Emre Büyükkalfa in 1999, the band formed its core personnel and has been performing live ever since. Later, the band was extended with musicians Mehmet Ozman, Serkan Çiftçi, Özgür Sengül, Guven Ilter and Tanju Eren (respectively) and worked at different times with other musicians such as Seyma Elif Aksar and Yigit Top.
Bluesaint has been regularly playing live in different clubs and has also played in lots of concerts and activities, and even on a television show. The band's repertoire, gleaming of swing, rock 'n' roll and soul, is loyal to a type of music that rarely finds its place in popular culture: Blues. The repertoire contains a wide spectrum of blues, from the early delta roots to the modern interpretations of the 80s and 90s.

The clip above is taken from a live recording of Bluesaint when the band opened for the Blues Brothers Band in Istanbul back in September 2006. The band's playing the regular end-of-the-show-song, Yavuz Cetin's "Cok Istiyorum" . This one hour performance was broadcasted on D-Plus tv channel many times over the last months.
