In the beginning of 2004 musicians originated from Ostrow Wielkopolski (Poland)
met together and started thinking about playing music. In October it turned out that common passion of
blues, black American soul and funky led them to found a band called Blues Doctors.
Next year they debuted at Jimiway Blues Festival 2005 gathering many flattering opinions.
Next success was the first place in a "III Wroclawski Festiwal Form Muzycznych" contents in a Blues&Jazz category. Content “Solowka” in 2006 ended with distinction of Oskar Kunicki the guitarist.
In the magazine "Twoj Blues" 2005 polling the band reach 9 place in a category "new bands"
That year they were invited to play at the main stage of international Rawa Blues Festival.
Blues Doctors likes playing gigs in pubs where many hours of playing blues release fantastic energy
Then it's heard that fun, blues, soul and funky rhythms are the most important their virtue.
Besides their own songs they also play covers such blue giants as: Coco Montoya, Derek Trucks, Freddie King, Joe Bonamassa, Otis Redding, Ronnie Baker Brooks, Stevie Ray Vaughan. Tommy Castro, Tower of Power.
