About me:

The Blue Sky Cafe is located in the Hill Crest Plaza @ 144 West Germantown Pike, Norristown, PA 19401, (610)275-3407, or visit website @ www.BlueSkyCafeBar.com. The Blue Sky Cafe is a restaurant with a bar like no other in the area. It is an establishment with fresh ideas, but its history is rooted in a long tradition of culinary excellence. Executive chef and owner Tom Groff rose to prominence at the Jefferson House, a Montgomery County landmark for over 30 years. When the Jefferson House closed in 2004, Tom immediately set to work on a new concept of dining. The idea: to preserve the quality that marked his career, while embarking in a bold new direction. The result is a style he calls Caribbean World Cuisine, a fusion of the most intriguing flavors available in America today. This delicious delicacy is a step above the normal "restaurant and bar" food in the area.
