Thanks guys for the tribute to "Flip" or Mike. I played in The Neil Rush Band with Filp for many years ( we named him Flip because we had two Mike's in the band), Flip joined us in 1986 and I roomed with him for several years on the road. He was the best guitar player I have ever played with, and his talent was from the heavens.... God must have needed a great guitar for his band . We miss him very much ....after playing in The Neil Rush Band, Mike Rush and Flip played in a duo for many years until Flip hooked up with 6 Foot Savage and Jessica and did orignals with her band. He loved doing that instead of the cover tunes night after night. Mike Rush and I talk about Flip about everyday and remember about the stuff we've done together . Tomorrow Mike and I are going Golfing and Flip will be with us, again we'll be waiting for him to catch up with us but on the 10 hole we'll have a Yukon Jack in his honor. Miss ya Flip.
