SAVE THE REPUBLIC
Unless we want to continue down the same path we are on, we must not support any form of "uniting" neoliberal and neoconservative ideas - this is tantamount to stepping into the political dialectic trap that has been set for us. If we are to unite it must be a collaboration of moderates, conservatives, and progressives intent on re-establishing individual rights to property and labor that supercede the authority of government.
Aaron Russo's documentary Freedom to Fascism offered a simple but effective solution to counter the growing police state. Russo said we should be prepared to join organized boycotts and strikes. I couldn't agree more.
The multinational corporations and banks are the main instruments controlling the direction our society takes. We can withdraw our support from these institutions to regain our independence. For example, we can choose to use small local banks; not borrow any more money than we absolutely have to; pay off all credit card debts; make sure our retirement accounts and personal investments don't have holdings in any institutions that support globalization; likewise make our purchases with the same end in mind; and try to buy the items we need from small local producers or least items made in the U.S..
It is also good idea to limit your support for the corporate media by dropping subscriptions to newspapers and magazines that don't offer alternative views and also reduce the amount of time you watch television, perhaps even eliminating your cable or dish connections.
Dividing people along ethnic, religious, class, and ideological lines has been a tried and true method for the global elite in their drive for world conquest.
A careful analysis of the Brzezinski's "Between Two Ages" and another book, "The Grand Chessboard", are very revealing and explain why Rockefeller plucked Brzezinski out of academia to serve in the Trilateralists and become Carter's national security adviser. Brzezinski is currently Barack Obama's foreign policy adviser. For example, McCain recently said that he supported the erection of walls, cameras, sensors, and vehicle barriers in urban areas (cities) to combat illegal immigration. That is nonsense, we don't need to make our cities fortresses to stop or reverse illegal immigration. We only need to enforce the laws prohibiting the hiring of illegal immigrants already on the books and clamp down on sanctuary cities. The elites are trying to use immigration concerns to rationalize a surveillance society with a Soviet-style level of control on all types of movement. Their ideal setup is to confine citizens to small subregions (e.g. cities) and require them to get permission to travel outside their assigned zones. The national ID is the first step in this process...
