"BLUESQUEEZEBOX... plays an eclectic mix of material from some of the greatest songwriters in history... You may recognize some or all of the songs you hear them play, but rest assured you've never heard them performed like this before. Gritty, world-weary vocals, Texas-style guitar heroics and slinky seven-string bass, all taken to the next level of madness by the driving undercurrent of their namesake instrument."
Thanks a million BluesSqueezeBox for joining our ministry of Blues. It's all about peace, love, understanding, and GROOVE. Hope to perform for you sometime. Wishing you the very best in Blues and life! -Big Daddy
hey! we really enjoyed hearing you at the carousel. we got a nice review for our new cd in last week's chronicle: Skimpy production adds immeasurably to the lo-fi charm of Lili & Walter's self-titled CD. The 11 homespun songs hearken to Delaney & Bonnie's Motel Shot (1971), stripped down, casual, and alluring in their bare presentation. Rootsy instrumentation propels their sound through denim-soft originals with a rural gospel flavor ("Shout 5") and gorgeous traditionals ("Poor Wayfaring Stranger"). peace, lili and walter

Thanks for dinner the other night Chef Clif, the smothered pork chops were out of this world! Andy & Gunther had a lot of fun hanging out with you on the hike. We will see you soon!

Are ya'll playing anywhere that week? Andy will be there with me on the 7th and 8th 'cause it is our birthdays.
