    ....Mandalsbandet "Blues Supply" lager egne versjoner av kjente og ukjente blueslåter og sper på med egenkomponert materiale innen samme sjanger. Et "power-trio-band" som spiller alle slags blueslåter – de blir omarrangert til å passe inn i formatet. Blues Supply er trofaste mot originalene, men bandet prøver ikke å låte som de gamle heltene – Blues Supply låter som seg selv. Gode og seige bluesklassikerne, men flest låter med futt og fart. Glede (!) over bluesmusikken og morro i livesammenheng, er viktig for gutta i Blues Supply. Variert, men alt er blues. Ikke en del blues i tillegg til all slags annen musikk – her er det bare blues. Bandet vil gi en stødig forsyning av blues og samtidig la folk både lytte, danse og kose seg med det gode låtutvalget. Her er mange års musikererfaring samlet - fra Mandal, via Flekkefjord, Kristiansand og Oslo til Clarksdale Mississippi og den legendariske bluesklubben Red Top Lounge. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Blues Supply" do their own versions of both well-known and un-known blues songs, as well as some songs of their own. It's a "power-trio-band", doing all kinds of blues songs – rearranged to fit the band. Blues Supply is faithful to the originals, but they do not try to sound like their heroes - Blues Supply sounds like…. themselves. Some slow and tasty classics, but mostly up-tempo songs. Varied, but it's all blues. Not partly blues in addition to all kinds of music – it's just the blues. The sheer joy of playing the blues and fun in live-settings, is important to the guys in the band. They want to give a steady supply of blues and at the same time let people listen, dance and have a good time with the well-selected songs. The guys in the band have many years of experience, ranging from local bands in their hometown of Mandal, Norway, via bands in Oslo to jams in Clarksdale, Mississippi and the legendary blues club Red Top Lounge. There's been jams with unknown as well as well-known musicians – among them jazz-guitarist Paul Weeden and Reidar Larsen. Great fun to be had by all!
