Television
Well, I have to give thanks to my friend, T.V.. Having to spend 3 months in bed is a drag, especially when reading and pain killers only gave me flash backs and the shakes when the words started jumping right off the pages. T.V. was there for me. And in the wee dark hours of my sleepless nights... T.V. was there for me. And when my crossword puzzle addiction was really becoming a problem, T.V. scooped in and intervened, shining its everwarming glow upon me...
Mindless entertainment faves...
Six Feet Under, Sopranos,The Daily Show, My Name Is Earl, Seinfeld, Larry David, South Park, David Cross, Tenacious D, Remember the Ben Stiller show? Sex and the City, Entourage, Fuel TV... and, sadly, I can pretty much be sucked into any reality show at any given moment.

I split my time between NYC and Maine. I work at Sirius Radio as Executive Producer of the Catholic Channel... the irony. Its as funny as it seems... I love my job and spend my free time soaking up my kids and music and life.

Promoting music in New England and supporting independent artists are my main focuses .
I used to coach a snowboard team until I fell and broke all my bones. Now I spend my time either stalking bands like Widespread Panic or making my daughter do silly things like fill out myspace crap...............................................
..
Things I love(not necessarily in this order):my kids, music, my job, Sushi, coconut rice, crossword puzzles, ben and jerrys, my ipod on shuffle, road trippin', soaking up sunshine, challenges, the first few notes of Bowlegged Woman, motorcycle rides through Central Park! Music that makes my feet move, cheap red wine, Learning new things, great bands in small venues, jazzfest, traveling to far away places, movies worth talking about, fresh snow, Strong coffee, sleeping in, watching the sunrise, wine and cheese.
I Don't Love: Fastfood, Litterbugs, mayonaise, flavored coffee, waking up early, boredom, people that talk too much during concerts, the sound of a fork scraping a plate
If you wake up in the morning and it's 10:13 and that makes you smile, well then you understand my obsession. Music is my drug of choice, any way I can get it. Next to my children, its what gets me through.

The Wu-Tang Clan's Ghostface Killah will perform at the Waiting Room Monday night!! Don't miss your chance to see this rap superstar in a club setting. Dust off your copies of "Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers)," his '96 debut album "Ironman," Raekwon's "Only Built 4 Cuban Linx," or some of his more recent releases including "Supreme Clientele," "Fishscale," "The Big Doe Rehab," or go grab his new album "Ghostdini: Wizard of Emerald City" which dropped on Sept. 29th and then tell me you're not excited for this show. Get your tickets early this event will sell out!! Few artists make an impact as complete as the one Matisyahu has made. Here was a true original, a Hasidic Jewish musician from New York City singing reggae songs about his religious devotion. True originals, though, don’t stay put for long, and on his bold new album, Light, 29-year-old Matisyahu proves that there’s much more to his artistry than might initially meet the eye. Don't miss your chance to see him live at one of the best venue's in the country Thursday night at the Slowdown. Get your tickets early this event will sell out!!
