About me: I'm a nerdy artsy 30-something zinester/zine archivist. I like the word "aubergine" a lot. I like it when it's 70° and I can ride my bike. I don't like republicans or Myspace fakers.
Who I'd like to meet: Steven Tyler (from aerosmith)
Kathleen Hannah (bikini kill/le tigre)
Isaac Mizrahi
Jamie Oliver
cute, smart grrrls who are punky, feminist, and bi-friendly

Ms. Lil is your biggest fan, misterpants! She says you have the best taste EVER...AND that you 'totally know what she likes"! Kiki Strike is her new favorite book in the world. You're a doll, Milo! I owe you one. See you @ the fest!
Thanks again for letting me crash at your guys' place for the weekend. Really enjoyed hanging out in Milwaukee again! The infused vodka was the best! :)
My name is Kelly Shortandqueer and I edit a zine called Trans(in)formation, which includes a resource list of zines written by transgender/genderqueer zinesters or that have transgender/genderqueer content. I’m currently working on updating this list since I know a lot of the information from the previous edition is now outdated.
I am looking for zines that are currently being published as well as titles to include in the “archive” section. Please pass this on to whoever you think might be interested in being included. The information that will be listed for each entry (as applicable) includes:
Zine Title: Publisher: Number of Issues: Address: E-mail Address: Website: Zine Description: Most Recent Issue Published:
The deadline for any updates or additions is April 1, 2008.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
Thanks so much!

I bought a copy of Young Jewish and Left from Broad Vocabulary. they have 4 other copies. AND they want to have an event with one of the producers. AND we are having our first non zionist jew crew meeting Feb. 4, 7pm at Peace Action. You and Chris should come/bring others!
Thanks, Milo! I used a digital camera. It's actually a cheap knock off that I got from ebay but love more than members of my extended family. I'm playing around with non digital photos now too, but it'll be awhile before I post any of that. I didn't use any sort of shutter speed, I just lost balance as I was taking the picture and liked how it turned out. How've you been?
There will be a dinner fundraiser tomorrow, Sunday, December 16th, at the Cream City Collectives (732 E. Clarke St.) at 6:30 pm. This "Food For Thought" will be a monthly event, with cuisine and history from different regions, cultures, social groupings, etc. This month's theme will be Italy, with a three-course Italian meal (all vegan) and an Italian radical history presentation. The cost is $10 and $1 per glass of wine. We hope you'll come out and join us for a fantastic evening!
