You would think at 50 I would have a few symptoms of menopause. Maybe a hot flash at night. I have been freezing my butt off with this cooler weather so can't say that I have. Mood swings, how do I know if it is PMS or menopause? How many grandmas do you know that have had to get tampons from their grandaughter? Nature has played a trick on me. I hope by winter a hot flash or two will happen on a cold night. In the meantime I think I will take my arthritis med and hope they help these damn cramps.
