21/12/'09 - Ciao a tutti! finalmente è stata decisa la data di presentazione del nostro nuovo lavoro. Stiamo organizzando la data del 30 Gennaio al C.S.A. DORDONI di Cremona con il direttivo di Cremonapalloza. Saremo 3 gruppi.. a breve il programma completo.

Il progetto BLUNITRO nasce a Cremona il 24/05/1999 (nato con il nome Domopunk, in seguito sostituito). 
Il primo “demo” ufficiale, intitolato “BRIVIDI”, viene registrato nel 2001 e viene venduto nei numerosi concerti tenuti in tutta la Lombardia. 
L’incisione, nel Marzo 2003, di un nuovo “demo” intitolato “Qualcuno sincero?” di 13 canzoni, dà la possibilità al gruppo di stipulare un contratto con l‘etichetta AMMONIA RECORDS per la pubblicazione di un disco a livello nazionale. 
Ammonia ha dato al gruppo la possibilità di esibirsi come supporter agli SHANDON ed ai DEROZER in molte date dei loro tours e di realizzare il CD d’esordio, intitolato “DENTRO IL SUONO” e distribuito in Italia da V2/EDEL (release Novembre 2004). 
Dopo un lungo periodo di tour in molte città italiane, nel settembre 2005 la band entra in studio per registrare “FUORI DAL SUONO”, E.P. di 5 pezzi distribuito on-line contenente i b-side del primo CD (scaricabile dal sito e ascoltabile dallo spazio Myspace). 
Per accompagnare l’uscita dell’E.P. viene girato il primo video della band sulla canzone “VIRUS” anch’esso visibile su Myspace e Youtube; l’idea nasce in collaborazione con Ammonia sfruttando la rete come mezzo pubblicitario. 
A Maggio 2006 esce l’E.P. che durante l’estate viene presentato in parecchie date live. 
Settembre 2006: il gruppo crea il “BLUNITRO STUDIO”, un piccolo studio di registrazione in cui si sta svolgendo la pre-produzione del nuovo materiale che nel 2009 farà parte del secondo disco ufficiale. 
Gennaio 2007, il gruppo perde un elemento, Toz (chitarra solista) che decide di abbandonare per motivi personali; il gruppo non si perde d’animo e prende la decisione di continuare come trio. 
Nei due anni trascorsi sino al giugno del 2009, il gruppo ha lavorato per la stesura di testi e melodie, ricercando uno stile nuovo e differente dal precedente ed ha contattato lo studio di registrazione HATE STUDIO di Rosà (VI), per la produzione di un E.P. a cui viene dato il nome di “La Tempesta” . Esso è composto di 5 nuovissimi brani che verranno presentati live con l’aggiunta di tastiere elettroniche: un nuovo live set più completo che rende davvero di impatto le nuove esibizioni dal vivo.

The BLUNITRO project was born in Cremona on the 24th of May 1999 (born with the name of the group of “Domopunk” and later changed). 
The first official demo, entitled "BRIVIDI", was recorded in 2001 and was sold during many concerts held all around Lombardy, in the north of Italy. 
With the burning, on March 2003, of a new demo entitled "Qualcuno sincero" (Somebody true) with 13 songs, the group got a chance to get a contract with the tag AMMONIA RECORDS, in order to publish a CD at a national level. 
Ammonia gave Blunitro the possibility to perform as supporters to Shandon and Derozer in many dates of their tours, and to realize our first CD, "DENTRO IL SUONO" (INTO THE SOUND), distributed in Italy by v2/EDEL (released November 2004). 
After a long tour time period in many italian cities, in September 2005 the band began to record "FUORI DAL SUONO" (OUT OF THE SOUND), E.P. of 5 tracks, distributed on-line with the contain of the b-sides of the first CD (you can download it from the site and listen to it from Myspace). 
To help the E.P.'s outning, we filmed the first video for the song "VIRUS", also availeble on Myspace and Youtube; the idea came out with the cooperation with Ammonia, using the web as an advertizing net. 
In May 2006 the E.P. came out, and it was performed in a lot of live concerts. 
September 2006: the group created the new "BLUNITRO'S STUDIO", a small recording studio where we are working to the pre-production of our new material, which will be part of the second official CD in 2008. 
Genuary 2007: the group loses a member, Toz (first guitar) who dropped out for personal reasons; the group did not give up and chose to keep up as a trio. 
In June 2007 Blunitro already have about 10 songs ready, on which we were still working to define details and solos, in order to complete the second CD; the basic idea is a concept album (entitled CHASM) which will show the growth of the project. 
I the two years since June of 2009, the group worked to the drawing of words and music, searching a new different stile from the previous one and contacts the recording study called HATE STUDIO in Rosà, in Vicenza province, to produce the last E.P. called “La Tempesta” (The Storm). This one is made of 5 brand new songs which will be sound live with the help of electronics keyboards: this new live set is more complete and of such impact for the new live exibitions.
