The Bluz Dogz started about 5 years ago with Hal, Bud , Dave and Roger. Since then the Band has gone through several personel changes but from the bluesy growl of voaclist Ynana to the sweet but hard drivin' sounds of Linda , vocalist and keyboardist, the Bluz Dogz have always been fortunate to have hard fine musicians and good friends in the mix. Hal and Bud are the two original remaining members with Linda following on vocals and keyboards. our newest member is Robi Duganne who is well known in this area and brings a wealth of tlaent and experience to the band as singer , song writer and guitatrist.

Up for a challenge? I'm hosting a songwriters showcase at The Clubhouse in SLO on New Years Day. Unlike the usual Tuesdays at The Clubhouse, there will be no featured act. Instead, it's "New Songs for the New Year".
Here's the challenge: come out and perform a new song or two. This could be a song you've just written, or it could be a cover of a song that is new to you (suggestion: cover a local songwriter who could attend and enjoy the experience of hearing his/her song performed).
We'll pass the tip jar so that each performer can have a little gas money.
Let me know if you'd like to reserve a slot on this special showcase. It runs from 6:30-9:30. The number of songs will be determined by the number of performers. I'll send out an update as the list fills up.
