Bryan Austin was born in St. Petersburg, FL in the late 1970s. He grew up in a musically-inclined household with accomplished musician and father, Lenny Austin. Bryan Austin was offered 3 complete musical scholarships at the age of 15. Bryan Austin is a nationally recognized drummer, songwriter, engineer and producer.
Bryan Austin starting playing drums when he was only 6 years old and started performing live at age 15. He moved to California when he was only 18 for gigs. By age 19, Austin had traveled across the world with internationally known artists such as, Santana, Monica, Booker T., and Robert Cray, The T-Birds, and John Lee Hooker.
Bryan Austin relocated to Austin, Texas in May of 2006.
Bryan Austin is about maintaining an expressive, passionate, and personal relationship to music. He performs to express his music that has genuinely been crafted from his heart and soul.
Bryan Austin currently drums for his original project, Ivison. Ivison performs modern-day music for everyday people with a life-oriented, ethereal sound. In the fall of 2008, Ivison will release their first full-length, self-produced and recorded album.
Bryan Austin also freelances all over the State of Texas.
