Deeanna jean	Nov 27 2009 7:40 AM I can never seem to help but be a bit sad on thanksgiving as I watch families gather around with there loved Ones, I can not help but think of who is missing here today, There have been many, I think about the American Indians and how many of them are saddened by the loss, Thanks giving means to man, And I think about how most of us it seems, have someone missing on this special day, So for me it’s a day of sad Remembrance, And tragic loss, As well as gratitude for bountiful blessings, May we remember those whom have been so tragically taken from us, May we remember them with love and fondness and in there honor bless the living, That someday we might all truly understand the only way To over come the sorrow of loss, Is with the joy of birth, the birth of new love new friendships new forgiveness new hope , May we all be utterly blessed with glorious and beautiful new beginnings with endless blessings and wonderful possibilities,. And yet it seemed so much to do and you felt so powerless against a world so big? Well I’ve been there too, But see the leaves on the trees? How they all seem to be just another leaf on a tree? And when sets Its self free, its seems magical to me, as the breeze catches it, carries it softly to the earth below, And then I see what I have always known, That in the life of the leaf, it brought nourishment thru captured Sunlight to the tree, Where would it be with out the leaf? And then as it lets go and floats softly down It seems magical to me and I love to watch the leaf, And so you see even then, A simple leaf had great Power. And that was not yet its end, So you see? If a simple leaf has such power how more do we if We believe? Believe in your power to be, something more something beautiful and powerful in this World, And never cease to be beautiful to me.
