Beaumont Rugby.
Rugby is becoming one of the fastest growing sports in Southern California. Beaumont has just completed their first season of 15’s in Division 3 and is at the start of their second 7’s season. We are looking for all ages for our Club and Youth sides. The new 7’s season will be starting in May/June. Beaumont is a club team so anyone from any high school is able to play. No experience necessary, just have the heart to play the game. As members of the Beaumont RFC club we will promote teamwork, comradery among teammates and opponents, building good character, and respect for everyone involved in the game on and off the field.
ALL ARE WELCOME.
New members are always welcome at Beaumont RFC. This welcome is extended to experienced players, to athletes who are new to the game, to coaches and administrators, and to those who may wish to become a spectator or become social members. We train, socialize and play rugby together as good friends throughout the year. Our club is truly an athletic fraternity. Everyone is welcome and invited to participate. No experience necessary, just have the heart to play the game.
NEW TO RUGBY?.
Don’t worry if you have never played rugby before. The game is simple and easy to learn. Likewise, do not worry if you are not in top physical shape. Our coaches and experienced players will have you ready to roll after just a few practice sessions.
EQUIPMENT AND CLUB DUES.
The club provides match jerseys. Each player supplies his own rugby shorts, socks, athletic shoes and mouthpiece. Annual dues are $100.00 (There are various payment avenues for those in need of assistance). The club operates several fundraisers - we do this in an effort to keep individual dues affordable. Each club member is expected to pitch in with fundraising in an effort to keep club dues low. Fundraisers with an element of "fun" have been developed over the years to encourage member participation.
Practices are on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00 PM till 9:00PM
