About me:
We believe people have the power to change the course of catastrophic events. That is why we give you, the public, the power to end the tragedy of AIDS that is ravaging the impoverished world. The dollar a day campaign has given hundreds of people the power to save a life, an unparalleled and enlightening experience.
Millions of people each day continue to suffer without the medicine that they know could save their lives. They need you, they are mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, daughters, and sons. Some of the public have already empowered themselves and become heroes to someone they have never even met. Heroes are children in schools, communities, and churches. Heroes are mother groups, offices, communities, and individuals who have chosen to take a stand against a treatable disease that has already destroyed millions of families and communities. You have the power to really save someone's life. You have the power to restore the hopes and dreams of whole generations. Here are some people who already have.
