About me:

Not sure if I can tell you anything you can't find in the rest of my profile, but I'm 25, live in Glasgow and I ride bikes. I mostly ride BMX but I've also got a singlespeed road bike for getting around town. I'm in the process of making a BMX video, which is (very) slowly beginning to take shape. I'm hoping to have it finished sometime this year.
I spend a lot of time listening to music and finding out about new bands. I also spend an inordinate amount of time on music message boards. My last.fm stats down on the left there should give you an idea of what I'm into at the moment.
I've run an indiepop club night in Glasgow with my friend Lynsey, which is called Half My Heart Beats. They happen every second Saturday of the month at The Flying Duck, 142 Renfield Street. Add us to be kept up to date with how it's going, or check the blog.
Other than that, I update my weblog every day (if possible), and go to gigs and other interesting events as much as I can. I used to write the odd review for indie-mp3, an indie-pop blog, but sadly it is no more.

Who I'd like to meet:

People with open minds and positive outlooks.

Yo dude, things are good here. Met a few more people now so I'm feeling a bit more at home. Going to a Superbowl party tomorrow which will be interesting. Went to the park today but wasn't really feeling it because my bike's running like a piece of shit. Need to respoke the wheels I think. The weather's still pretty cold but hopefully it'll start to warm up. Glad the weather's good enough for you to ride over there. I forsee indoor parks for me for the forseeable future. Hope everythings good over there. I'm keeping up with you over on the blog. Peace.

Rad that you got the feeble! I spoke to Will and Ande earlier when I gave them a phone using Skype. Ande's bike looks pretty cool. Things are good here, just in a lecture right now. It's been snowing a lot recently and it's super cold so not too much riding but I went to the indoor park again and met a bunch of riders who were really cool. I got a new macbook pro which I'm having a lot of fun with and I can get wifi from my apartment which is pretty sweet. Hope everything's going well over there. I'll keep in touch with you dude. Peace.

Pretty cold, it's been snowing most days. My apartment is pretty cool and is right next to the law school which is rad.
The street here is amazing! I'd seen little things here and there but I went up to the OSU campus today and there are so many ledges and loads of amazing rails. I'll be in heaven when it gets a bit warmer. I went to the indoor park the other day. It's really good and it even has a foam pit that you don't have to pay extra for. Bonus! The locals are a bit quiet though but I met this cool rider called Sean so it's not too bad. Also, the bike shop near me know Ian Schwarts so thats pretty cool. Think that's about it for now. I'll keep you in the know. Catch ya.

  • Dec 19 2008 11:48 PM

    Street tomorrow?
  • Dec 17 2008 3:00 PM

Your bike's looking well nice (and quite new-school might I add). I can't wait to see you ride that thing. It'll be like Bambi taking his first steps.
  • Dec 13 2008 2:17 PM

Profile crank tool = large hammer + muscle. You can come tomorrow if you're free.
  • Dec 13 2008 12:06 PM

The brake mounts haven't arrived yet. If you want you could bring you're bike to mine and I could give it a look. I've got all the tools you could need to sort it out. Let me know what you want to do.
  • Dec 12 2008 9:05 PM

Yo man, your frame arrived. I've got it at mine but if you want I could give it to Luca so you can get it from his flat if it's easier for you. Let me know.

  • Nov 4 2008 4:43 PM

Probably not man because I've got some essays to write for next week so I need to get them sorted.
  • Sep 22 2008 8:24 PM

Putting that Vimeo account to good use then? Those clips turned out well nice. What's this about a strike? You getting a cheeky day off? Weather's meant to be mint all this week.
  • Sep 21 2008 10:38 PM

Yeah, me and Marc went. Was pretty good. Weather was amazing and the park was fun. Spent way too long trying to icepick grind a rail to barspin. Got it in the end though.
