Raised by wolves and on a steady diet of progressive rock, William Shatner, videogames, and 80s metal, Boat Chips is Most Things to Most People. Established in 1996 in northern Rhode Island, Boat Chips is putting the finishing touches on a 6CD project, "Attorney Jimmy," 6 CDs of all new material.
