Houston, Texas has been the home of many greats. Nolan Ryan, Earl Campbell, Hakeem Olajuwon, Patrick Swayze, Beyonce and the guy that played Data ..rek The Next Generation among them. Add Bob Biggerstaff to that list. Bob came to Houston from Liverpool, NY while still in high school and attended the University of Houston. While still in college he became a doorman at the legendary Laff Stop. After a few months “manning the door” he started to perform at the Laff Stop open mic night and developed his self-deprecating, sports related style. Bob quickly became one of Houston’s top comics winning the Funniest Person in Houston Contest in 2003. He has been successful in many comedy competitions becoming a national finalist in Sierra Mist’s Search For the Next Great Comic, HBO’s The Lucky 21, and Comedy Centrals Open Mic Fight. In 2007 Bob made his national television debut on NBC’s hit show Last Comic Standing and was seen on Dave Attell’s HBO special “Captain Miserable”. From comedy clubs in the U.S. to our military bases overseas Bob has entertained people all over the world. Be sure and catch him at a club near you before he takes all his money and buys an island off the coast of Fiji and lives out his days as a 300-pound weirdo ala Marlon Brando.

About me: This profile was made at Whateverlife.com! :) BOBBIGGERSTAFF.com is my website .I like to make people laugh. I won the FUNNIEST PERSON IN HOUSTON CONTEST 2003. I was a NATIONAL FINALIST in the SIERRA MIST "SEARCH FOR THE NEXT GREAT COMIC CONTEST". I tell fat jokes sometimes because I'm fat. I hope to someday be on television or in movies. I will be in a small film called "The Bracelet of Bordeaux". I'm very lazy and that is not good. I like chicken wings and chili.
Who I'd like to meet: Asian chicks that like fat guys, Sam Kinison, Bill Hicks, George Burns, George Carlin, Dirk Benedict (Starbuck from original Battlestar Gallactica), John Eric Hexum (star of "Cover-up" who shot himself with a blank), Brandon Lee, Bruce Lee, Samo Hung, Jean Claude Van Damme, Kurt Russell (as Snake Pliskin)
Hey Bob...I was watching Dave Attel's stand up on Comedy Central tonight and saw what I think was you at the end putting the crown on his head and throwing confetti when he was talking about having the longest shit joke ever...was that you??
This is such a great quote, I had to pass it along!
"Any intelligent fool can make things bigger, more complex, and more violent. It takes a touch of genius -- and a lot of courage -- to move in the opposite direction." ~E. F. Schumacher
Maybe as a world, we can get back to creative thinking again? That would ROCK!
