Bobby Baby is Ella Blixt. Born and raised in the deep and dark, but beautiful forest of Småland, Sweden, Ella started to write songs at the age of 12. Her first instrument was an acoustic guitar, that she bought from a boy in her class. After some years of playing and singing in bands Ella started to write and record music on her own as "Bobby Baby" in 2005 - the name taken from a song title by the canadian band "Young and Sexy". Bobby Baby is using a lot of different instrument together with electronic beats and synthesizers and the result is playful pop music.
Bobby Baby started early to give away her songs on her website, and just after a few months the music had spread and been released on the german netlabels corpid and dive records. A small english independent label called Red Letter Day Records released her first EP "Loves To Dance" in 2006. Bobby Baby has also worked together with other artists, for example Montt Mardié, Mixtapes and Cellmates and Thomas Denver Jonsson. In 2006 Bobby Baby moved to Berlin where she started two new projects with german musicians: It's A Musical and Bobby and Blumm. Both projects have had some success resulting in album releases on the Berlin based label Morr Music and many concerts in Europe. After a few years now of writing and performing
music with her other projects, Bobby Baby is now working on new music in a studio in a northern part of Berlin. Since 2006 Ella is organising and working at a summer music camp for teenage girls called Popkollo, to encourage teeange girls to make and perform music. This year it also, for the very first time, took place in Germany and was a big success (read more at www.rubytuesdaymusic.de).

.über die ausstellung: ".how to TROUBLE X: never perfect! (.eine ausstellung...)" präsentiert bisher unveröffentlichte neue bilder als zweifarbige grosz-formatige siebdruck-plakate sowie das erst kürzlich erschienene aktuelle zine „heartcore“. .es werden skizzen und rohfassungen der bisher veröffentlichten comix gezeigt, sowie eine zweite runde des „d.i.y.-comic-projektes“ eröffnet. .bei der vernissage gibt es alle zines als kostenlose exemplare zum mitnehmen, merch und diesmal auch erstmalig zweifarbige siebdrucke zum (leider) käuflichen erwerb.
