Well, that's the question of the year... I don't know, I like being versatile as far as styles and influences go but I don't think I really just sound like anyone... I don't know... I do know that I tend to sound like me a lot... but only sometimes and often rarely...
My name's Robert Grant Bookout. I go by Bobby. I grew up in the country outside a small town in South Texas called Carrizo Springs... I love my family and my friends. I've been blessed in both areas. Life's been an awesome adventure so far. Did 10 years in the Navy. Seen a lot of the world... Spent 4 years getting a 2 year music degree from South Plains College in Levelland TX. OMG been busy w/school and work. Sorry it took, like, almost a month to get back to you. I haven't been on myspace in awhile, and I don't remember getting an email about this. How's the album going?
Yeah man I moved back to Lubbock and I'm working on moving to Austin in a coupla months. Of course having no job and or money is really getting in the way. Scott Faris told me your album is nearly finished and that it's sounding pretty awesome.
