Now as pastor of the Boston-based Kingdom Church, Perry brings years of songwriting and arranging experience to these Royal Agents Influencing Nations (R.A.I.N.)
The end result is a thirteen-track effort that serves as a blueprint to direct others to focus their attention on heartfelt devotion towards the Father.
Perry arranges and produces the entire effort, while penning the lions share of the project. With a vibe reminiscent of Washington D.Cs Sam Kendrick and the Nation of Holiness, Perry and R.A.I.N. shine with head noddin vibes like Right There and I Am God, a rock-filled club-banger that gets a worthy remix at the end of the album.

Hi Pastor, I am stopping through to send you some flowers (background) to let you know that you are so apprecited. I love the Rain album. I must say Pastor, there are some things that just need to be told to folks who do a good job with being obedient to God. My friend was pregnant and going through a situation where the boyfriend was leaving her. She came to church one sunday with a date scheduled for the follwoing day (Monday) to terminate the prego situation. She said that you preached a message that day stating that what you may think ain't meant, may just be meant to be for a blessing in the long run. To make a long story short, she went and had the baby and she told me (with tears streaming down her face) that you are the reason her life is as blessed as it is today. Her and the man got back together and they are now a blessed family. She said that she knows that if she would have done what she started to do before you preached that message that Sunday, her life would not be as blessed as it is today.
So I am sending this message to let you know Pastor that because of you there is "One more for the good guys" and he is a little fat cheeked cutie. Good job!....
