   About Bob Crow
.. --> Here's where you can buy Bob's new CD 'Wet Paint' --> album cover

Bob Crow is an eclectic guitarist/singer/songwriter based out of Seattle, WA. While his influences may lean towards Prog Rock (Queen, Steely Dan, Zappa, Radiohead, and Pink Floyd to name a few), he takes a decidedly stripped-down, acoustic guitar driven approach to many of his arrangements. "Minimalist Progressive Pop" may be the best description. For fans of inventive guitar work, and introspective yet humorous lyrics.

OTHER PROJECTS

Bob is also a member of acoustic new wave duo "Bob and Sheldon." Check out their clever acoustic versions of Depeche Mode, Queen, Human League, and Joe Jackson here: www.myspace.com/bobandsheldon

Bob sometimes performs as guitarist for the Angela Jossy Band. He also co-produced, played guitar on, and co-wrote many songs on Angela's 2005 CD "Princess Hero Complex". www.myspace.com/angelajossyband

Central Washington music fans may also know Bob as lead guitarist for the classic rock/country band "The Willies," based out of Roslyn, WA www.myspace.com/itisthewillies

During the daytime, Bob keeps a busy schedule teaching guitar, bass, and mandolin lessons at the Guitar Emporium on Ballard Ave. in Seattle.

Hey Bob, A friend's band up your way just had their instruments stolen - The Drews in Tahuya, WA. Someone broke into their house and stole 5 guitars - one was a family heirloom - an old Fender White Telecaster. There's pics of the stolen guitars on my site at www. screamingstone. com
Hoping you can help spread the word around your area. Thanks and rock on!

Hey Bob,

It's Chris - a.k.a. Screaming Stone -- I posted some notices about your stolen gear - was wondering if you had any luck getting it back.

Also - I just created a widget that scrolls through the recently posted stolen gear notices - it can be embedded on peoples myspace pages - so if you'd like to help other musicians and spread the word about stolen gear - please embed it onto your page.

Let me know if you had any luck on getting back your gear!

Rock on,
Chris
- the code for the Stolen Instrument widget can be gotten from myspace. com/screamingstone
