Roadtips with wife, working on the house/yard, messing with 4 wheelers and taking them camping. SKA music. Science, stars, the universe, Coast to Coast AM radio show.
Music
Always looking for Good SKA. Maybe some nice metal if Im bored and some old school rap now and then.
Movies
Movies that are stupid funny, Airplane, Hot Shots, Blazing Saddles, Space
Balls, Search for the Holy Grail.
Could be true one day scifi, Contact, The Day After Tomorrow.
Long series movies, Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Lord of the Rings
Television
I dont have "must see" shows. I have a few favorites (Mail Call, Futurarama, older Simpsons, COPS or other chase/crash shows, Modern Marvels, Top Gear, The Universe) but if I miss them its not a big deal. TV is there for
when you have nothing better to do.
Like:
Real reality TV: COPS, Hot Pursuit, and the 10 other wildest police videos and
worst drivers series.
Good TV you can learn from and gain tons of useless & useful knowledge: History
Channel, Science Channel, Discovery Channel, TLC, ATV television, RV today, Radio
control hobbies.
Local news when they say it might snow.
Some comedy shows: Simpsons, Futurerama, My Name Is Earl, Red Green, Monty
Python and According to Jim is ok when I have to watch it.
On the BIG networks:
Biggest Looser is a good show. Actually is doing something good for the
contestants and audience.
Never watched:
Shows with laugh tracks, American Idol, Survivor, Fear Factor, The Bachelor, Amazing Race, Temptation
Island and shows like Desperate Housewives, ER, CSI, etc..
Most "reality" shows are to fake. They take like 4 mean, bitchy or self centered
people and 4 nut cases who are on the verge of a breakdown and 1 super religious lady and script the show to put them in situations they know will
get them to respond in the worst way. Generally the ones who act the worst are
the most popular, gaining appearances on shows like David Letterman and Jay
Leno.
Radio Shows:
Various SKA shows (Rude Boys revenge on KPSU, Rude Radio on Radio K and SKA podcasts). Also Coast to Coast AM, mainly when Art Bell is hosting or with guest like Michio Kaku, Richard Hoagland, Bob Bigalow, Seth Shostack or anyone else interesting. I also like Michio Kaku's weekly radio shows.
When not listening to SKA I may be enjoy bands like Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, Charlie Daniels Band, Horrorpops or comedy by Jim Gaffigian, Cary Hurley and Brian Regan.

If you live in the Northwest and plan to make one trip this summer, I recommend checking out the Victoria Ska Festival! It's the only event of it's type in this corner of the world, and it's a quick drive and ferry ride up, or just a hop onto the victoria clipper, which takes you from downtown Seattle right to downtown Victoria.
The Festival runs from July 8-11th and has 2 or 3 shows each day, all within walking distance. All information about the shows, transportation, and accomodations can be found at www.victoriaskafest.ca
