About me:
I'm a computer musician too using the eJay music making software back in 1995 I created ten music tracks in all using Rave and Dance eJay very first editions.
This year using Dance eJay 2+ also Dance eJay 6 also eJay Techno 3 summer sessions (great for Ibiza misic makers) I've created numerous new tracks and many more will indeed follow. Please let me know what you think of these all are in the above playlist and sorted in the blogs.
These are Club Ibiza dance party rave and Techno styles of music with the odd easy listening christian or soothing relaxing track thrown in
I make my living as a writer, an occupational performance poet making all income from writing poetry; I've collated about 4,500 written works of poetry and the occasional song or two to my name over the years and have had nearly a third of those published
I write using empathy life experience pain emotion love friendship and family along with global folk met online as inspiration, otherwise I write endless greeting card verses or funny poems and quips for online couples in love
Married with an angel Wife who's a tower of strength she surely walks with endless Guardian Angels holding her up in life, a clear inspiration for endless of my written works both romantic and funny categories as also numerous local dialect Geordie poems (hard to grasp similar to Scottish dialect) Geordie is pronounced as if saying the word Jordy
Many folk tell me the occasional live performances I've gave would fair me well as a stand up comedian?
I'm indeed proud to be a Geordie and proud of our city its history and people
Numerous musicians say there are very few writers about in this day and age, (ask David Bowie, Bob Geldof and many other famed artists they relay quite sincerely that they are but a mere poet), why do bands and artists not ask poets to write lyrics for them, many top 40’s hits through the years arise from a simple poem?
Why so many pop singers bands and such artists today record other folk’s songs over and over is an insult to general intelligence, especially when there are so many people that would willingly write lyrics for them
