Visit Wallace the Pit Bull
My name is BoBo. I am an American Staffordshire Terrier (AKC/UKC registered dog). Most people will know me as an American Pitbull Terrier, which is OK with me, because technically that is what I am. AmStaff's are bred to the standard of the AKC. We are not SUPER large dogs. We usually weigh between 52-60 lbs, we always have black noses, and dark eyes. AmStaffs are not the same as Pitbulls in the breeding sense, cause there are some Pits that have light colored eyes, red noses, even blue eyes. Some Pitbulls can get up to 120 lbs....which is HUGE, but they are still really nice. I had the pleasure of attending a FOX KENNEL CLUB show in PUNTA GORDA, FL back in December 2007 and got to see about 150 pitbulls in a small area. We ranged in all sizes and ages, but every single one of us were SUPER NICE!!!! My mommy and daddy met some really nice people that are totally into loving their dogs. We are all a great breed and have HUGE HEART and SOUL!
PLEASE DO NOT LET THE MEDIA INFLUENCE YOU ON THIS BREED! WE ARE NOT KILLERS. PEOPLE HAVE MADE INDIVIDUALS IN OUR BREED PRETTY NASTY, BUT WE ARE NOT INHERENTLY VICIOUS DOGS. ANY DOG CAN BE NASTY IF ABUSED AND TRAINED TO BE THAT WAY. YES, WE ARE STRONG AND HAVE THE CAPABILITY OF DOING GREAT DAMAGE, BUT WE DO NOT EVER WANT TO BE THAT WAY.
My mommy and daddy are very nice to me and treat me like a person. They have saved my life on more than one occasion forking out thousands of dollars to keep me alive because they love me so much. I am very special to my mommy as I am the grandson to her dog, Boo, that died unexpectedly back in May 2002. I look like Boo and she is very attached to me. I love my mommy and daddy and am glad that they take care of me so well.
I also have a sister. Her name is Bella. She is not my kind, but a lot bigger than me. She is a Neapolitan Mastiff. She weighs about 140 lbs and drools a lot. She chases me around the yard and tries to get me dirty all the time. I still love my sister though.
My Gramma (JJ), on my top friends list, is my mommy's mom. She helped to take care of me after I had HUGE surgery at the University of Florida in September and October of 2007. My gramma and grandpa (JJ and CHIP) are the best!!! It was very hard for them to take care of me because of the nature of my surgery (bilateral perineal hernia repair). My Gramma has 3 dogs just like me (my other dog grampa...Bud) and Diva and Tater. I love being around other dogs like me. They are my family and I am grateful for all of them!!!!
Well, that is about it. BoBo in a nutshell. I am a good boy and I love life! I hope to be your friend, too!!!

I would like to meet Cesar Milan...the Dog Whisperer. I would also like to meet my friend Sheila who is the Mommy to my favorite pit online, Mini Me. I would like to meet any people who are dog lovers, not prejudiced against my kind. I am an awesome breed of dog that has gotten a bad rap from people who abuse us and make us mean. Any dog can be mean. We are not people and we do not think like people. I know for a fact that I am a nice boy and that I love all people!
