    I'm only going to say the same thing that everyone else is: I've been a Tourbus rider for years, and you've provided some of the most informative and helpful information out there, in plain English! Your AskBobRankin site one-upped the Tourbus, too, by giving direct answers to particular computing connundrums (mine was the issue over downloading from p2p sites). Thanks for all you do...you da bomb!!!
