In the interest of common decency, there's a whole lot that can't be told about Bob Showdown. He's the son of a lawman and a teacher from Humble, Texas, but somehow he made a habit of breaking the law and not learning his lesson. When Humble got too small he made his way up the road to Houston, where he played music with lots of great people and discovered the joy of bathing on an irregular basis. When Houston got too big, Bob took an incredibly circuitous route to Austin. The drive from Houston to Austin usually only takes 3 hours, but for Bob it took 3 damn months. When he finally got here, he set to work forming his band, which was completed by the addition of Frank Tuesday on bass and Randy Jean Baker on drums. They love playing, they love Chihuahuas that make monkey noises, and they love being in Texas. Come out to a show, say hello, and don’t forget to sing along if you know the words.
Ah...The Easywagon. Remy sold that years ago. We logged in a lot o' miles in that van. Road trips, fishin', shows, illegal activities. All in the name of Rock n' Roll brotha! You should hit Remy up next time you roll down there. Black Sam Vane is the user name. Cheers Boss!
