WHAT SOME PEOPLE HAVE SAID: Unsolicited comments.
"Love your combination of expert picking and rhythmic playing, your heartfelt singing and beautiful voice. You are a full orchestra encapsulated in a man and a guitar." - R.R., Florida, USA.
" 'I Don't Believe in Angels', a GREAT song!" - C.C., Australia.
"Listened to all of your tracks again and I was blown away by 'In the Midnight' and 'Flying'. Every track is really nicely done. There wasn't one moment where the music and lyrics didn't feel perfectly natural and flowing. The guitar parts, lyrics, and your voice work together really nicely! Almost reminds me of Mark Knopfler's solo stuff..." - D.H., Australia.
Bob "Stormcrow" Sanders was born & raised in NJ and settled in Orlando, FL in 1998 where he continues to pursue a career in music.
CD REVIEW: "The Judith Suite", rated 4 1/2 stars: "Acoustic/Americana freebird Bob 'Stormcrow' Sanders has been around longer than we can remember, and we're a little surprised we haven't gotten a CD from him before. The 11 tracks on "The Judith Suite" are divided into four separate 'acts,' each displaying acoustic guitar playing that's right up there with the best the genre has to offer....Acoustic fans should check this CD out." - August 2004, "Connections Magazine", Orlando, FL.
CD REVIEW: "The Judith Suite": "Bob 'Stormcrow' Sanders possesses a deep, meditative voice, and on the self-released 'The Judith Suite', he sounds like he's singing to himself, late at night, by firelight. It's an intimate album of Sanders' bluesy acoustic guitar and dark, moaning vocals, reminiscent at times of Dave Alvin's work.....There's nothing flashy about 'The Judith Suite', but it often glows." Steve Klinge for "HARP Magazine", Nov/Dec 2004.

Same here! Picking up some low dollar solo & duet work but my band (Trigger Happy) hasn't been been working very much. Lead g-tar player's been sick. Yadda yadda yadda. If we were rookies in the biz, I suppose it'd be discouraging! But hell, we do it cause we love it? Maybe because we can't live without it?
I worked the street in Daytona Beach for Biketoberfest. Wasn't a rich weekend but I had a great time (haven't been a street musician in about 25 years or so), got to party in DAB and broke even on the weekend & the trip.
I'm going to do it again for Bike Week in March & hopefully be able to book a couple of real jobs between JAX & New Smyrna while I'm there.
Keep me posted, man, and remember the glory is in the battle not in the victory!
