I've been writing for years, but, never actually let anyone listen to the product. so, isn't the net a wonderful thing. I love writing, it's like the ultimate crossword puzzle.

"Aloha Baby Aloha" I've just returned from Hawaii for the third time in a year - yep I love it & I can't figure out what I'm doing back in the World's 17th most liveable city (it used to be so great & 1) Anyway, this song was written on my balcony overlooking Waikiki beach & Diamond head while strumming my Uke & enjoying a cold 'Bud' Hope you like it & you think of Elvis!
"I wanna be Jimmy Buffet" My mate Gary Svensen & I checked a big item off our bucket list by seeing JB live at the Waikiki Shell. This was not a concert so much as an experience & I'm now a devout Parrot-head & bigger Buffet fan than ever. This was a life changing trip & I'm now setting about making the song come true - see you in Waikiki soon & Aloha.
"Stranger in a Strange Land" It's about me (surprise!) & tells the story of where I came from, where I am now & what I think of life today. It's my favourite & I love the production treatment that my Blx Dion Hirini gave it.
"On my way" A tune about an old Love affair gone wrong. I wrote this with Duncan Kinnell (see him in my 'friends') on January 1 2001.
I decided to get serious about bringing my writings up to date & have discovered I've got about 60 songs!!! So watch this space for more airings.
