Mixing modern sounds with contemporary classics, Bocamber is composed of five individuals whose main goal is to play the music they love for anybody who is willing to listen. Although a lot of their songs are older than they are, they also include a steady supply of popular music with their own twist. A common Bocamber set includes everything from Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, and the Doors to Rhianna and Taylor Swift. Together since the Spring of 2008, they have played out in many bars in the Pittsburgh and New Castle areas, gaining the momentum they need to become a staple of the Pittsburgh music scene.
Singing with the soul of Janis Joplin and the strength of Aretha Franklin, Caterina Renda is their lead vocalist. Like a bolt from the blue, the guitar work of John Mitsos helps to electrify Bocamber's sound. Mark Cimarolli brings tremendous versatility to the group with his skills behind the keyboard which compliments the band perfectly. Greg Masartis brings a heavy edge to the band with his strong harmonies and intensity. The drummer, Bert, has been playing for seventeen of his twenty-six years and is the strong backbone for Bocamber with his cunning style.
Bocamber is a band on the move who aims to make every show an event for all to enjoy. With a built in audience that grows at every performance, Bocamber has been on the forefront of the regional music scene and guarantees their show will have audiences asking for more.

BOCAMBER......you rocked your butts off tonight at RPMS's - it was one of the most satisfying evenings of rock 'n roll we've witnessed...and hopefully only the beginning of bigger things ahead together for all of us.....WOO HOO !!!!!
