Myspace Layouts
No, I'm not the real Deodato. Yes, I am Rumpofsteelskin. I set this page up for a couple of reasons--One, I wanted my own space to host songs that I like. And two, to pay homage to Deodato himself. For that reason, the Superstrut clip will always be here.....not to mention its one of the nastiest, greaziest, tunes ever written by man.
I'll get a couple of other random tunes up, and change them around from time to time.
A lot of exciting things going on here. Did you know that more people are downloading music everyday. Now. there is a new way to download music from artist which give more to the fan. Muzikcard offer all of this and more. Check up on us at www. muzikcard. net and let me know what you think.

I had to go to the Afrikan American store for Shea Butter products. They work pretty well though! I have to go to black barbers too because no one else can handle it. It looked great permed but I've lost an inch off of my hairline and I'm blaming the chemicals...
Yoko Kanno made some great jazz for the Cowboy Bebop series in Japan. Most people prefer the common songs but there are some great tracks in the series. Joe Hisaishi makes beautiful music for Office Kitano films in Japan. Japan's music stores had every jazz album I could think of and many I couldn't think of...its really hard to find anything you want here in the States unless you're in a major city. DJ Krush (from Japan) does well remixing some old jazz too. In this past decade, I have to say, Jazz has found a home in Asia.
I learned so much because of the father of my best friend. I'm very broke now, but I'm wanting to explore sum Sun Ra and all of Lonnie Liston. All of Lonnie Liston. And I saw a group that blew my mind on a movie called "Southlander". Not a very good movie as far subject, but great as far as music. They were called Machuchamba or something. They were, I hate to say it, more badass than alot of old Jazz. I wish I wasn't so broke because the good stuff ain't easy to download.
