About me:

I feel life gets better as we grow older and being over 40 is great!! I love the person I have become and enjoy having the confidence I didn't have when I was younger. I'm a Personal Trainer and love helping people get in tip top shape. My speciality is preparing Figure/Fitness Competitors to get on stage in the best shape of their life. It's my passion to help these beautiful women. (Email me if your a woman who would like to compete or just get in great shape). I was a competitor for 5 years and taking home a 3rd place trophy at the NPC Figure Masters Nationals at the age of 43 was icing on the cake!! What an amazing journey. I live life to the fullest and enjoy new adventures...I will try anything once. I'm physiclly fit and enjoy talking about health and fitness with anyone who will talk to me about it. I love being around fit people because it imspires me to continually improve myself. I have two wonderful boys Nick 21 and Beau 18 that mean the world to me. I love being a parent and being there for them. My family is very important to me and I enjoy family time and get-togethers. I'm a very thoughtful, loving and caring person with a big heart and a lot to give. I will do anything for my friends and the people I care about. I have the most loving boyfriend Jeff Hanson. He means the world to me and I'm so grateful that we met, and of all places here on MySpace. He makes me laugh and feel wonderful at all times. He is uplifting, supportive, loving, thoughtful, caring and generious. Since we met a year and a half ago my life continues to get better beyond my wildest dreams!!
