We are a new gym based at New Greenham Park , Newbury , Berkshire.tel: 01635 523334.
We have a wide and varied range of activities here at Body Concept there is so much to choose from. Within our ever improving facilities here we have proved that people from all walks of life and different ability levels can and do have fun...whilst getting fit!
Our friendly staff are always on hand to help with all your training needs. We offer a full range of personal training and tailored programs to suit you as an individual and your level of ability and fitness which will assist you in reaching your goals that little bit qiucker or if you need that extra push or extra attention.
