    Happy Halloween Day ... Now go get Drunk and have A SOBER DRIVER when
    you head back home. The back streets will be full of cops on motor
    units hiding out to bust drunk drivers. There are four blogged L.A.P.D.
    d.U.i. Checkpoints (if you are living in Los Angeles or visiting) but the cops lie
    to the media, those are actually diversions so people will drive in the
    back streets and get busted. Be Safe. Don't let the Police TRICK your
