About DIE BÖSLINGE

Die Böslinge - oldschool Punk Rock since 1979. Political attitude. Song lyrics written in Viennese dialect. First EP came out in 1981. LP "Scheiss Polizeistaat" released on Hoehnie Records Germany in 2003. MCD "Oaschpartie" released in 2005. 3 songs of this CD appeared on the compilation "Last Monarcho Punk Austria". Many gigs & festivals were played together with international acts like THE EXPLOITED, UK. SUBS, NORMAHL, RUBBERSLIME, OHL, MALE, DIE MIMMI'S, RED ALERT, TOTAL CHAOS, NIKOTEENS and others...

Preacher (Ex-Running Wild)	Aug 15 2009 5:04 PM Les Paul died today at the age of 94 years! This famouse guy was the oldest regularly practicing guitarplayer. He played weekly (!) live on stage New York - until his last day! Lester William Polfus - so his real name - developed 1952 with Gibson the famous "Les Paul" guitar. For me - I love my "Paula" from 1978 - and many others is it the very best axe to play true Heavy Metal. So we metalguitarists have to thank Les and say: "Respect to his life's work!" R.I.P Les Paul
