C.E. was born in the true west, were raising cattle and riding the range is still a part of life today. He was born in Sturgis, SD in gold country. C.E.'s family moved to the mid-west when he was young. Although he did spend most of his summers growing up working and playing on his families ranches and farms back west.
George Blackwell- Lead Guitar
George started playing guitar around age eight for awhile, then switched to the trumpet. He came to the guitar at age fourteen and has been playing it ever since. He has his own acoustic guitar CD that he released in '98'.He is currently working on his second CD.

Take a part of the old west, some riding and roping, with a little bit of Southern hospitality, then mix in some country living and you have the makings for one to be a natural country music entertainer. Wash this all down with a little firewater and you have Craig Wise. A man with a taste for tradition, along with his unique talent, now add the sounds of today’s modern country music and you have Boggy Creek.
Craig Wise is the main performer for Boggy Creek. He is paired up with some of today’s top musicians in country music. He likes to take their show to next level by breaking off from the conventional, and bringing his show straight to the audience. His band likes to get off stage and make the audience part of the show. This puts the audience in the spotlight and makes them part of the stage. By doing this he gets his fans involved in his performance and this make a very rewarding and entertaining show for all.
Their original music is molded after traditional country, mixed with a touch of rock and blues, bringing a new edge to their style of country music. Their songs have catchy rhythms and jingles in them that stay with you for hours. They have captivated a variety of different audiences throughout the southeast. At their live shows, their songs and performance gain momentum with a few improvised sections added to give the audience a memorable and high energy show. They play their own originals; several classic and current cover songs, all in their own style.
Boggy Creek is at the end of production of there first CD. They have test marketed their music with radio and night clubs throughout the southeast and have received a very positive response from all the DJ’s who have played their music. This has also helped in the collection of a numerous amount of fans to join their fan club in such a short time. All listeners will enjoy Boggy Creek’s music and shows.
