Sounds Like
Naive indie folk with taxing lyrics, peculiar vocals and some small hillbilly inclinations.
New Review on Alt Country Netherlands by John Gjaltema- It is an interesting position that Kluun raises in its essay God Is Mad – De Dictatorship Van Atheïsme. And he has naturally equal, believe is anything but hip. Therefore it is so nicely knowledge to take of the music of A. Bogs, a New Yorker that self attracts of that totally nothing. Mean Old World (own management) of Bogs Visionary Orchestra begins Wish with I. God is alive, he’s not dead. He asked me to live, to live instead. He asked me to live, he asked me to poison. This Bogs is anything but a narrow zieltjeswinner. The recently of Brooklyn to Rochester moved artist praised in the power of art. That the life makes more pleasantly. And why will you do not sing over the affairs that you occupy by the whole amusing tunes that you composing are? And why you would sing also not normally over a Little Worm. On CD Baby describes ate the collective self as a Daniel Johnston marks the Carter Family an All Ginsberg reading. How does that sound? Remarkable and different and really also as a folk and country, but then full children intended for a yellow submarine and stadse hippies. Jesus, with klassiekerige violins, gets in the oohoo Imagine of John Lennon on. Unemployed is a hartverwarmend song over unemployment and also Homeless On The Street is particularly pleasant. Bogs Visionary Orchestra consists on this cd in totally out thirteen men. Neat as a Reason want to have they an entire own view on rootsmuziek. Available with CD Baby.

A. BOGS
Once Seen & Heard, Never to Be Forgotten!
He Makes Beautiful Things for God on His New Album:
MEAN OLD WORLD
Here are exquisite & realistic songs of Tragedy & Comedy expressed in glorious sound. A. Bogs believes in Grace, Justice, & Love, even when everything points to the contrary. He’s a bone-aching murder balladeer who can’t stop wearing a Gun. He left Vacation Bible School with Hank Williams whispering in his ears, & sees his world drowning in tears. Harmonicas mourn & lap steels weep as he walks around forlorn. Watch as a world-eating little worm wriggles around him. A. Bogs loves his beloved his lover his love. He sees Jesus in a fetus, he sees Jesus in fighters, dying people, & protesters. He sees Jesus in beggars, strangers, liars, & cheaters. Everything falls to pieces when he’s unemployed. Followed by a pale white rider & a beach-bleached prophet, he helps people on the street.

We believe ART IS FOR FOLKS,
that the PROCESS is EQUAL to the PRODUCT,
that EVERYONE is creative,
and EVERYONE has something to GIVE!
SOME WORDS FROM A. BOGS-
No one would deny being a consumer.
It's something we accept because it's so easy to do.
We consume music, movies, books and many, many other things.
Above being consumers we are creators.
We have the ability to bring things into being. For every ten books we read, we can write our own short story.
For every thirty songs we download we can hum our own tune.
We are more than consumer we are creators!
CREATE! DON'T JUST CONSUME!
If you look close you can see A. Bogs (in a blue suit) waving his hat on the left side of the tree!
Review of our song on Asthmatic Kitty's "Mews Too" compilation:
THE BLACK AND WHITE
But Mews Too most "purr"fect moment comes from new-comers Bogs Visionary Orchestra. Their song "Everybody's Broken" is vibrant and leaves me wonderstruck. This is what great comps are all about. Finding a gem you'd never hear otherwise.
VISIONARY POEM 1
I see your face,
many faces,
some with hope,
some without.
I listen to your tune
before you hum it,
and put words
to your melody.
I sing it,
and you sing with me.
HEAR THE CHEERS,
of many brothers and sisters,
who don't feel alone,
because you took the risk,
and sang out of tune! SOME PLACES TO FIND OUR MUSIC IN CD & MP3:

coming to rochester next week, you guys got any shows lined up between 2-12th october? looks like i'm missing the one this week @ boulder. see y'all soon!
I guess I would define it by using examples: The Beatles "Hey Jude", John Lennon "Imagine", Tom Waits "Martha", or "Over The Rainbow". There is also a murder ballad genre and Nick Cave has a great album of them appropriately titled "Murder Ballads".
