Under new ownership since December 2006, Bohemia Boutique has been transformed from a regular 'resale' shop to a boutique of upscale designer fashions and unique vintage treasures. Now located in the hip and trendy town of Wailuku, Maui; this boutique boasts eclectic and versatile clothing, shoes, and accessories.
I, Maggie, am the new owner, recently married in January 2006 to a professional Windsurfer named Pieter. Together we took over this business and made it our own. I come from Chicago originally, where I received a BFA in Fashion Design from ILIA. Pieter is from Holland, where he began his career as a windsurfer. We met here on Maui and married at Tavares beach just over 1 year later.
I am a Taurus, sophisticated, loyal, productive, and truly committed to what I believe in; on the other hand, once my mind is made up I can be maddeningly stubborn. My style is eclectic, filling my closet with well-made, high quality basics that can be worn a million different ways to suit each of my many moods. I am a slave to vintage of course, Hollywood Glamour is my muse.
