This group is open to anyone interested in facing the truth of their own minds, and have a desire for spirtual or personal growth. If your in recovery and need positive people this is the place for you. If you ever wonder about Buddhism and want to learn and ask questions this is the place.
It is not necessary to be buddhist, or consider yourself Buddhist in any way, to attend. We will give you the tools on how to apply Buddhist principles in your daily life.
