Slovakia born producer Bollo first fell in love with electronic music during his studies in a secondary school around 1995.
As he’s always been very creative bloke, he started to record his own ideas at home, using "Fast Tracker", MS DOS based software for creating music, very popular amongst young electronic artists of that time. Step by step, as Bollo began to gain musical experience, his home studio and it's equipment expanded as well.
In 2001 Bollo started to perform as a live act, firstly within various club nigths, and later big events (“Sunshine Clubbing“, “BeeFree“, “DoubleDecker“, “Summer Of Love“) throughout Slovakia and Czech republic.
Alongside of gigging on his own account, shortly after he became a member of "Whitetape" booking in 2002, he set up a project with a friend DJ Jay called "Violetwins“. The whole project was created very spontaneously. In order to create something new and interesting, they joined dj set with live synthesizer sounds, samples, as well as Bollo's own production.
Soon afterwards, his track Final Snooze is officially released on compilation of slovak cultish electronic music festival "BeeFree" - "Five Elements".
At the same time he begins to study the piano and also creates various audio projects with local theatre actors.
In 2005 Bollo moves to Ireland where he gets busy with a pair of turntables and starts to DJ.
In summer 2007 the original mix of his track “The Beginning Of Days“ is released on Russian compilation “Summer Breeze“.
In 2009 Bollo’s remix of Jay West’s original track “Power To Create“ has been released on Blockhead Recordings.
At present, Bollo performs back in his native country and works on a new material, so stay in touch!
